The MediPendant personal emergency alert device is easy to install and operate. We ship your MediPendant fully configured and activated so all you need to do is follow these simple steps.

1. Purchase Your MediPendant

We will contact you to complete the required information needed for activation. Your MediPendant will be shipped out quickly and Free of charge so you can be using it in a few days.

2.  Connect Your MediPendant

The MediPendant base station should be placed somewhere near a phone jack and power outlet. A standard phone line is required for the MediPendant to contact the call center when the button is pressed on the pendant. The MediPendant Base uses DC power along with a battery backup. The wireless pendant is powered by a battery.

Disclaimer: A standard analog phone line from your local phone company is recommended but the MediPendant may work with digital phone services provided by your local cable company or Verizon Fios that allow you to dial a call using a standard phone. Telephony services like Skype and Magic Jack will not work with this product.

3. Test Your MediPendant

Once you have the base connected, you are now ready to test your MediPendant. Press and hold the large button on the Pendant for 3 seconds. The pendant will notify you that it is calling the Emergency call center and to wait for an operator. Soon a live operator will speak to you through the MediPendant and you can inform the person that you just tested your system to make sure it was connected correctly. Your system is now ready and working.
